Our friend and co-laborer in the Kingdom/Malchut of God/YAHWEH
We first met via a correspondence from a writer, Angela Watkins. She knew what I believed and asked if I would contact two people: Jesimiel who lives in Recife, PE, Brazil, and a woman from Miami, Florida.
Jesimiel wrote back, whereas the other person did not. We exchanged e-mails for about two years. That was back in 2002 or early 2003. Through this correspondence, we learned more about the country and how Manhattan, New York, was started. After my wife, Gayle, and my first trip to Israel, we attended a meeting in North Carolina for a festival called "Succot". While there, a burning desire came over me for Brazil, and it was at this meeting that I prayed and interceded for Brazil and about a trip there. After the meeting, we were able to purchase airline tickets to visit Jesimiel and his family. At the last minute, a Saturday, as I recall, I found out that we needed tourist visas to enter Brazil. I was able to get airline tickets to Miami and so we departed Atlanta, Georgia on Sunday. On Monday morning, we took our passports and travel arrangements to the Brazilian Consulate to obtain the necessary tourist visas. After we had completed our paperwork, my wife flew back to Atlanta, Georgia, and I spent the night in Miami so that I could gather the visas on Tuesday. That was the day of a Presidential election (which I was unable to vote because of travel requirements). On Tuesday evening, I flew back to Atlanta, and on Wednesday evening, we flew out of Atlanta, Georgia, to Recife, PE, Brazil.
Whew! What an encounter! Our trip started out with an expensive bang.
When we finally made it to Recife, PE (Permanbueco), Brazil, we were exhausted. Jesimiel, his family and others were there to greet us and to bring us to their home. They wanted to talk and I was so tired, that finally, they let us rest so we could gain our composure.
On the last day of our trip, and on the way to the airport, Jesimiel told me that his heart's desire was to translate a messianic bible into Brazilian Portuguese. I gave him the laptop that I had, and after we had returned to Atlanta, Georgia, the next week I flew to Ft. Lauderdale with a cashier's check to purchase the rights to have the Restoration Scriptures translated to Portuguese. I cannot remember if I paid $10,000 or $15,000. So, currently, I own the rights for the Restoration Scriptures (white bible & CD-rom) that were translated to Portuguese for Jesimiel.
Rabbi Jesimiel is a Bible teacher, song-writer, and composer, and an artist. Below are some pictures of us together, but this site will not allow music, so I am unable to include that here. Currently, I do not have any of his songs.

I did not mention Fabio. He is picture with a blue T-shirt and is with my wife and I, at the airport. When we first went to Brazil, there was a movement of messianic truths that were prevalent in Recife. It is as if there was a revival taking place as many, with Jesimiel and Fabio, as the chief teachers, turning the city upside down with the good news that the Messiah Jesus, has come, and the roots of many people in Brazil, are indeed, jewish, as their ancestors escaped persecutions, death, jesuits, and programs, as they converted to catholicism to say themselves and their family. Fabio is a teacher, (the Hebrew word for teacher is "moreh"), and has remained a faithful friend and co-laborer in the Kingdom/Malchut of God/YAHWEH.
